How can I book Villa San Remo?
Bookings can be requested through the website, by email, or by phone. Once we have reviewed your request, you will receive a booking confirmation by email.

What payment methods are accepted?
A deposit of 70% of the total amount is to be paid via bank transfer. The remaining balance is to be paid in cash upon arrival.

How quickly do I need to pay the deposit?
The deposit must be transferred within 7 calendar days of receiving the booking confirmation to make the booking legally binding. For last-minute bookings (30 days or less before arrival), the deposit is due immediately.

Can I book the villa for shorter stays?
No, the minimum stay is 7 nights.

Yes, cancellations are possible. The refund conditions depend on the time of cancellation:

• Up to 60 days before arrival: Full refund of the deposit.
• 59 to 30 days before arrival: 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
• Less than 30 days before arrival: No refund.

What applies to last-minute bookings?
For last-minute bookings (30 days or less before arrival), special conditions apply. Cancellations are possible up to 48 hours before check-in, but no refund will be made. Cancellations within 48 hours of check-in result in the full booking amount being due.

What happens if I don't pay the deposit on time?
If the deposit is not received within the specified period, the booking will be automatically canceled.

What time can I check in and out?
Check-in is possible from 3:00 PM, and check-out must be completed by 10:00 AM at the latest.

Is there a maximum number of guests?
Yes, the villa accommodates a maximum of 8 people.

Can I bring pets?
No, pets are not allowed in the villa.

Where is smoking allowed?
Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas. Smoking inside the building is strictly prohibited.

Are there cribs or extra beds available?
Yes, cribs can be provided upon request. Please let us know when booking.

Is the villa fully equipped?
Yes, the villa has a fully equipped kitchen, bed linen, and towels.
